Helping public school students explore the Bible and grow in their relationship with God

About us

Released Time Bible Education

Is your child curious about faith?

Released Time Bible Education (RTBE) provides weekly Bible teaching to public school students during school hours.   Students are released for part of the school day—with parental permission—for up to 50 minutes to attend an off-site Bible class. The students are taught off campus usually in a parked bus, a “chapel on wheels,” adjacent to the campus if not they are taught at nearby church or park within easy walking distance. The Bible based classes are taught by approved and trained volunteers who love children and are committed followers of Christ with a strong Bible background. Released Time Bible Education is offered at no cost to students or school district.

Released Time Bible Education bridges the gap between home and church, offering a valuable opportunity for children to learn more about Christianity. Through engaging Bible lessons and a supportive community, Released Time Bible Education (RTBE) empowers students to develop their faith and make positive choices in their lives.
